Islamabad – The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, organized a Summer Siesta program aimed at enhancing student well-being. As part of this initiative, Taskeen was invited to conduct a specialized workshop focusing on stress and overall well-being.

These sessions were centered on addressing stress and promoting well-being among students. By adopting an intrapersonal lens, these workshops provided an essential first step towards achieving mental well-being.
