Hack the Anxiety before it hijacks you

Everyone gets nervous or anxious at times and we often hear such phrases like “my anxiety is taking me to another level of weirdness I guess” or “I think my anxiety issues are increasing day by day” anxiety can be as minor as feeling worried about any particular thing  to as extreme as feeling nervous, worried and tensed on every single thing including people, places, events etc. Consistent anxiety is regrettably neglected and as result people end up in severe anxiety disorders. So it’s really important to reduce anxiety on its initial level and here are some ways which can really help you to hack your anxiety in a very fruitful manner.

Over thinking kills
Foremost thing to overcome when you are anxious is the overwhelming thoughts that arise on and about every situation whether about being dressed up, going for any event and sometimes about the events that has not even happened so thing to ponder up here is when you don’t charge your brain with positivity it will definitely ruin itself with every possible way to think negatively to a rampant level so just breath and stop over thinking.

Don’t leave the ground until your last move
Battlers never give up regardless of the circumstances so just don’t be an easy target for anxiety to take over you give yourself a break and think again for the most positive outcome any anxious thought can create like if different places and people makes you anxious start talking to people you are most comfortable with like kids then slowly and gradually socialize with people you are most afraid of talking mostly outcomes are positive or just go on a self-date to a place that is not known to you one bold step towards anxiety can do wonders for you as the hope of wellbeing and success keeps one mentally healthy.

Be optimistic but don’t forget to think critically
There are three types of people the positive ones, the negative ones and the smarter ones thinking only positive or negative doesn’t helps you at times so it’s really important to be the smarter one who weighs every situation on its highs and lows both. So whenever something makes you anxious start jotting down your thoughts on both the aspects and then decide how to tackle with the situation.

Master your skill
Incompetency often induces anxiety among people it feels like a well decorated but a tasteless dish  served in front of you when you are striving hard but aren’t efficient enough to standout so simple mantra for it is practice and upgrading yourself with this fast paced world. Learn being multi dimensional,but be a master of what you do by practicing it really hard.

Seek help from God
Spiritual support is one of the effective ways to burst anxiety and researches shows that meditation can be an effective tool for it. Seeking spiritual help not only compels sense of hope and belief in a person but it also helps to find positive direction towards problems.

Learn anything everyday
Learning shouldn’t be your part time jobs instead make it an ongoing process. It should be your routine behavior.  learn any new skill, sport or in case you don’t find anything to learn everyday just learn a new word it will help you to productively utilize yourself, the sense of accomplishment will enhance your self-perception positively and will divert your mind from anxiety.
