Stress and well-being virtual session for Doctors

Taskeen collaborated with HOPES ( Help of Patients in Exigency by Students) to provide a virtual session on stress and mental health well-being.

This session was conducted by COO Taskeen Dr. Taha Sabri, in which he presented how stress can be healthy and when can it become unhealthy.

Dr. Taha discussed how healthy stress can motivate us to complete our tasks on time and how unhealthy stress can negatively affect our daily tasks. He also talked about 4 aspects of health, which are physical, mental, spiritual, and relationships, and how they are interconnected with each other. 

He also presented video content prepared by Taskeen which helped participants to understand what is therapy and how can it be beneficial for a person going through depression and anxiety.

This session was interactive as participants also shared their experiences and how they cope with difficult times. 

Dr. Taha concluded the session with a meditative exercise, which, according to the feedback, helped the participant to feel calm and collected when they were done with the session
