“The biggest thing in life to achieve is happiness, it comes to you when you make others happy” said by Napoleon Hill.

In today’s competitive world, money is the biggest need for everyone regardless of gender, race or Age; for this we need to work but at the same time work life balance is very important. We do not need to be miserable to live a successful and happy life because we cannot be truly satisfied by our work until we are satisfied with the quality of our life. Therefore, a well-balanced life where we spent quality time with our significant others is very important and good for mental health too.

To live a balanced life, here are some simple tips that can be helpful to live a happy life.

1. Make a priority list

Ask yourself, what things are important to you and how much (you can rate also), it can be your family, friends, job etc. After that prioritize them and manage your time accordingly. If someone asks you to commit something new (even if its just for one day) ask yourself whether it will make you closer to your goals or to your loved ones? Or it will be time wasting for you. Manage your time according to your priorities and make your life as simple as possible.

2. Work for your brain growth

Work is important but simultaneously, your brain growth is also important so try to attend different self-improvement conferences or seminars that help you to increase your personality and skills.
