This includes social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram), mass media (Dawn News, Samaa), website, mobile applications or any other digital medium available. • Reducing stigma against mental health problems
  • Encourage early help seeking
  • Building resilience against distress
  • Developing nurturing environments and improving relationships

Taskeen’s Online Mental Health Portal (this website) is also a part of this program and aims to provide an online platform for Pakistani’s looking for resources on mental health and wellness. The portal is available in both English and Urdu and was launched in October 2016.
