From August 18th to 27th September, the Taskeen team conducted visits to various schools located in Orangi Town, FB Area, Korangi, Malir, and Shireen Jinnah. The purpose of these visits was to conduct the Level 2 of training workshops for all school staff, including teachers and principals. These workshops were centered around enhancing interpersonal skills, including effective communication and empathetic listening.
Designed to strengthen teachers’ inter-personal capacities, the sessions aimed to equip participants with tools for better communication and listening empathetically. Using an interactive approach, the trainer guided the participants through topics such as healthy relationships, communication styles, empathetic listening, managing students’ stress, and identifying early signs of distress.
