Taskeen has partnered with the Friend’s Educational and Medical Trust (FEMT) to launch its School Wellbeing Program in 10 schools across Gilgit and Skardu. The program, currently ongoing, focuses on enhancing teacher mental health by implementing Level 1 (intrapersonal skills) and Level 2 (interpersonal skills) through interactive and engaging audio-visual workshops. Through this initiative, our trained facilitators are equipping teachers with critical life skills, as part of Taskeen’s mission to foster sustainable well-being in schools.
This collaboration with FEMT marks a significant step towards expanding Taskeen’s reach into underserved regions, first in Karachi and now in the Gilgit Baltistan region.
